The plant-based lifestyle is taking off. Everyone from celebs to your friend from college who swore she could never give up bacon is starting to change up what's on their plates. Maybe you'd like to give it a go, but maybe you have no idea where to start? Or, you love cheese and yogurt and don't think you can say goodbye? Heck, maybe your fear of turning into one of those preachy, crazy vegans we all know and love (not!) is holding you back from the plant-based lifestyle?

The Non Judgy Vegan is Here to Help (in two ways):
To help you eat less animal products WITHOUT having to watch all your friends ordering cheese pizza and huevos rancheros at brunch, and feel bitter AF as you eat your salad. I am here to show you you can adopt this lifestyle and not go hungry or feel deprived. It's totally possible! Iceberg salads are so 2010.
To help you learn how to go vegan (and make it stick!) without being kindaa ashamed or embarrassed, cause you feel like you're gonna be judged as one of those angry, annoying vegans. I am here to help you make the switch on your own time, with plenty of baby steps and zero pressure or judgement. Hence the name.
