It saves me a lot of time deciding what to have for dinner each night and ensures I have everything I need each week to fuel my body and gives me more time to fit in my workouts. There is a great variety of meals in the plan and also prevents me from getting into the rut of eating the same things all the time. Highly recommend this tool!
