Do I have to already be vegan to get your coaching??
Heck no! I work primarily with transitioning vegans, wannabe vegans, or aspiring part-time vegans who don't want to go 100%, but just wanna eat more plants! AKA, I coach EVERY variety of eater.
What are your certifications?
I hold a certificate in Plant-Based Nutrition from the T. Colin Campbell Center for Nutrition Studies at Cornell, and have worked as a full-time health and wellness coach since March 2015, helping dozens of clients transition to veganism and healthier habits.
Will I be getting full-fledged meal plans from this?
That's one of the options I offer! If a meal-by-meal menu/plans are what you need, make sure you notate that when you fill out my application to receive coaching from me, so I know that's what you need!
What if I've tried veganism and failed in the past?
Then you're my dream client and this will be perfect for you! My coaching was inspired by friends I've seen try but struggle with eating plant-based, so I'm here to give you the tools to make this stick.
