Do I have to already be vegan to get your coaching??
Heck no! I work with EVERY variety of eater, from steak-and-potatoes (can't-believe-they're-even-looking-into-veganism), to already vegan but looking for some hacks and tips to really get it nailed down! None of us were born this way (unless your parents were super rad, in which case, congrats!)
What are your certifications?
I hold a certificate in Plant-Based Nutrition from the T. Colin Campbell Center for Nutrition Studies at Cornell, and have worked as a full-time health and wellness coach since March 2015, helping dozens of clients transition to veganism and healthier habits.
Will I be getting full-fledged meal plans from this?
Nope, though I can happily refer you to exactly what I use! I'm not a registered dietician, so I don't create meal plans. What I give you is a deeper understanding on the WHYS and HOWS of veganism, but I don't give you a day-to-day meal plan.
What if I've tried veganism and failed in the past?
Then you're my dream client and this will be perfect for you! My coaching was inspired by friends I've seen try and struggle with eating plant-based, and I'm here to give you the tools to make this stick.
