Here's what I'm all about
I believe there's no one-sized fits all approach for health. I'm passionate about learning all I can about YOU, so we can come up with a personalized plan made for you, so you aren't basing your health off of what a rando Instagram influencer does, or a "meal plan" you found on Pinterest.
While I don't believe there's a one sized fits all approach, I DO believe that eating as plant-based as possible (baby steps are encouraged here!) AND working on your mental/emotional health TOO, can radically improve your life. I don't believe in slapping a bandaid over an issue, so that's why I offer the full spectrum of fitness, food, support, and mindset work.
