Truth Vegan BCAAs
Branched Chain Amino Acids (BCAAs) are an amazing supplement to take if you’re trying to put on muscle or burn fat, or just increase your endurance during your workouts. Most vegan bodybuilders I look up to take them and this is my personal favorite brand from a great company. No duck feathers or human hair here—100% vegan!
May Cause Miracles
I recommend this book to everyone going through any life transitions or just looking to learn to meditate and release inner blocks (especially if you’re so not the meditating type.) It’s helped me through so much—I’ve probably read it 6 times!
Meal Prep Containers
I’m generally not huge on plastic but these are BPA free and dishwasher safe, and perfect for prepping healthy meals for the whole week ahead, or for traveling!
Half-Gallon Water Container
Drinking water is about the easiest and most overlooked thing you can do for your health—I shoot for two of these (1 gallon) per day and I tote this puppy around with me to the gym and everywhere I go! Super cute and lots of color options.
Are you even a real vegan if you’re not at least a little obsessed with coconut oil? This is my favorite brand and is amazingly affordable and great quality (and a huuugee tub).
Himalayan salt has all sorts of natural healing and cleansing properties and can actually help alleviate respiratory issues or allergies. I plug mine in the second I wake up and keep it glowing all day.
I thought when I went vegan I’d have to give up taking omega 3s, and while of course traditional fish oil isn’t vegan, these are derived for algae (so no yucky fish taste), and still have all the same amazing health benefits!
This is the only supplement I’ve ever felt I might need as a vegan—eating a whole foods plant based diet gives me all the rest. If you’re worried about getting enough B, I can’t recommend this brand enough. It’s got a total B complex and the capsule is completely vegan.
